The sugar
The sugar we use derives from sugar cane and beetroot: our suppliers extract sucrose from which they obtain a white sugar with high levels of purity. The quality of the produced sugar is then checked in our production labs to satisfy the criteria of homogeneity and the microbiological characteristics.
